Video Games Day – This is a day to celebrate the creation of
the video game. They are enormously popular in every house with
children and even a whole lot of houses without any children. Play
video games all day today.
National
Chocolate Milkshake Day – My children love milkshakes and
particularly chocolate ones. Have one for yourself today.
International
Day for South-South Cooperation – This is a day created by the
General Assembly of the United Nations. In 2003 it was declared to
be celebrated on the 19th of December but in 2011 the
General Assembly changed the date to today. The purpose of the day
is to promote cooperation between countries in the southern
hemisphere. This is to support developing countries as well as
countries that are fighting against depressed economies.
To
celebrate today, call any friends you have in the southern hemisphere
and encourage them to support their fellow southern countries. Then
play video games while you drink milkshakes.
